From the tank to the autoclave, to the barrel room, the tasting will lead guests to discover aromas, characteristics, and nuances, which transform over time, revealing the character of each wine in an authentic and engaging way.
The guided tour unfolds through the production and aging areas, accompanied by local leavened products and a story dedicated to the philosophy and work of the Toffoli winery.
